  2. Set Clear Goals: I aim to recruit five new affiliate partners by next week, focusing on intermediate entrepreneurs with audiences similar to my target market, Misfit Mavs.

  3. Track Progress: I document how many outreach attempts I make and the results, helping me refine my strategy over time.

Experimenting and Iterating

Running experiments and tweaking systems is essential for business growth. Here’s how I approach experimentation:

  1. Daily Routine: My day begins with outreach, followed by content creation. I aim to complete these tasks early to maximize productivity.
